Shit! I blinked.

So its already the end of 2007. Its officially the year that gone by when i was blinking.I cant remember much of what had happen in 2007, but i guess its gonna move even faster in 2008. The year 2007 would be remembered as the year i learned to survive far away from home and enjoy not being nagged at (Almost!) , learned to play the guitar (and bought one), lined up 13hours outside a shopping complex to buy a digital camera, saw how friction is discharged when a bunch of girls live together and of course the marriages and bundle of joys that were produced in 2007.Ooo....and also my very first trip to phuket with my friends(without gurdians)....absolutely cheap and i had an extremely wonderful time.

Went to vivian's(my ex-senior from Tmn Sea) wedding dinner yesterday and met up with really old friends and other ex-seaparkians. Nothing much changed i guess, except that some are working and really enjoying what they're doing while some like me is still killing her brain cells to attain what they have achieved. Of course our past comes back to haunt wherever there are ppl who've known you a long time ago and also many new things are learned too. So here below is to satisfy you ppl who've been grumbling that i never attach pictures of myself or when i'm in a dress =.='''

Had reunion dinner with my aunt , uncle, cousin and her BF from sabah + my other relatives that are living in cheras. The dumb me forgot to bring my camera, so no pics lar -.-''' forgive my dumbness pls. Will take more pics at other events....i promise.

Just suddenly discovered a forum posting on my laptop model and finally found out where the freaking other memory slot (the one i upgraded is on the back which is easy to reach) is. So the next best thing i did was to expose my laptop and trade my memory to different slots so if i wanna upgrade somemore no need make my laptop naked again. Besides i dowan ppl undress my laptop, i like to undress it myself privately in my own room when no one looking...LOL! So here goes....

Merry Xmas & A Happy New Year!

Skipped family dinner just now, coz it rained too heavily....and i wasn't really in the mood to go. Skipped celebrating Lyd's bday with the gang coz they're leaving at 11pm to go to BED @ Asian herritage Row.....too late la...i'm stuck with a curfew when my mom is around and my pending exam is soooo near. I hope this will be my last Christmas i need to spend alone at home misserably facing my notes & books....perhaps i can save up and go singapore next year for Christmas....that would definately be great! But then.....its too long more before it happens....we'll wait and see.

My phone is cranky again. I notice it hates PJ and the day i'm about to leave for PJ when i'm at semenyih.....coz those are the 2 scenarios or places where my phone likes to shutdown and die on me. Kinda fed-up with it....i've even made arrangements with my mom to get a phone and pay her back in installment. But the problem now is....which phone to buy? New or Second Hand? GPS or no GPS? Warrantied or not? Ori or AP? sigh...so many things to consider.....please recommend something if you're reading this. Bear in mind that i'm a very loyal person....my phones survive with me through thick and thin and my shortest use of a phone is at least 2 years.....unlike some ppl who changes it before i even unwrap my phone from the plastic seal that comes with the phone when it's new.

Its christmas again....so its sorta telling me a year is passing already. I can't really reflect on what i did this whole year as it moved passed me way too fast. I can still remember what i was doing last christmas and its already coming to new year. The only thing i can say is that i'm "this" closer to obtaining my degree but i am hoping that i have enough time to finish my dissertation. I'm glad that my relationship with my friends are growing stronger and that hopefully there will be many more years to come. I wont be listing a new years resolution as i dont think i can accomplish anything if i list them down. I'll just take a step at a time and hope that everything will be merry and nice :)

OK. to end the post! I hope everyone is enjoying themselves this christmas.....i'm sorry for being a party poop-er, coz i've got a live changing exam to die for. But i've cleared myself for New Years eve. Do page msn/call(if u can get through) me if u've got any great ideas of how u guys wanna celebrate it. Make sure its cheap coz i'm so broke i've already overdraft my allowance for next year!

I hope it saves lives.....

I was super sleepy today even though i slept for 9 hours. I guess it is true that u can never replenish your missed sleep. Felt groggy in the morning but got sleepier as the day moved. Somehow....its a good thing GUI class was cancelled this morning.

I donated blood today.All 450ml of it in those bags u see in drama's where someone crashes and they need new pints of blood.I discovered that everything is mind over matter. I was actually afraid of the needle but i survived it. It was super cool seeing the bulging lump on my right arm when they injected the anesthetic but of coz the needle to jab the anesthetic was abit pain. Overall it was a fun thing and my blood vein was like a burst pipe that couldn't stop flowing. I took me less than 5 minutes to fill up the bag + 3 test tubes but almost 30 minutes before i could get out of the bed coz my blood kept oozing out eventhough the cotton wool was pressed on the wound.

With all those blood, i do hope they save lives.....i think i lost weight after donating...haha....so do donate if u can.Eventhough if u faint like Ju Li....hahaha.....at least u got a donor card to brag....

I got my hands on one woohooo!!!

I did the craziest thing this weekend. Me , Jamie and Uncle camped outside Berjaya Times Square last night(13 hours)just to get our hands on the new Album T (T2 to the rest of the world) sony cybershot camera for dirt cheap prices. Whats even more special is that we are the very first country in to the world to lauch this particular model and i'm the 75th person in the whole wide workd to get it....for once i suddenly become so "IN" already....hahahaha

The event was to start at 11.11am on the 11th of november (yea...u get the 11...11 idea) but to be on the safe side we decided to go the night before for dinner to check out the queue that we predict would be there.When we arrived at the main entrance at 7.30pm, we saw a bunch of ppl camping there with sleeping bags and all...so we thought...diela..even earlier than us.But then since already cannot be top 11 d...we decided to have dinner somewhere nearby(which was the biggest mistake we did).When we finished oogling at SHE in the restaurant and walked back to the main entrance, the queue had now become a 50 meter long queue with about 58 ppl in line already.

We did the next best thing which was to ask the sony style staff on duty who told us "I cannot tell u anything....but this i can tell u....if u line up now...u'll get a good price to buy it.".then he said, "its up to you if u're for the price or the camera...if price then think twice if for camera...no need think" so since we price ppl and he could assure us we get good price we went back to the etrance at 9pm and line up lor.Imagine that this is an event that is going to start only 13 hours from the time we queued...but the very first person (an aunty and her husband) had been lining up since 1pm....so it makes their wait a grand total of 22 hours -.-'''

We ate, slept,studied (not me alone...but a few other ppl i noticed) at the side curb in front of the berjaya times square.by 10pm...the queue had reach after 7 eleven.There were parents sending in mcD's for their children, Monopoly playing groups, fagging groups and of course those who will do anything to try to cut queue. At one point 3 guys tried to cut the aunty right at the front of the queue she shouted at them and a comotion broke out....somehow the aunty won la...coz she was louder...hahaha.Then there was this punching fistfight happening way front between a big sized guy with another thinner guy because of queue cutting ended up with the thin guy running out of the queue and his friend chasing after him.

All these was happening while they were building the stage and we all sitting till our butts and back ached.We brought sleeping bags which was the envy of alot of ppl coz all they had was newspapers.But it gave us place to sleep and flex our legs...which was a very good idea.Light but useful.We took turns sleeping and chatted and i studied. We were lucky that we could find toilets around.the first 2 times i went over to the other side of the road to the mamak opposite times square but after finding it a tedious affair crossing the busy road(yes....its crazier at night) we then ended up using the times square hotel lobby toilet on the 14th floor.

At 9 am we were ahown the prices we were entitled to and were all asked to go into a box like area from the streets we were lying on.we were lined up into the box in the shape of an S queue.Thankfully we were in the box which signifies that we will definately be buying it at at least 444.40.We had to wait through all the performances, singing and all before the coutdown was reached then it was officially launched.When we go buy it, we were asked to face the camera linked to the giant TV screen to smile and get our pictures taken before we were asked to go to the counter to pay for our units. I happily asked for the white unit and got my unit checked before hapily taking some pictures just for fun.

The pictures are still in the camera and the camera is at home in my room because i know its gonna be a distraction to bring it to uni.But i have a few pics i took with my cacated cameraphonela.....Envy Enjoy !!!
